兰州肉苁蓉HPLC指纹图谱研究

Study on HPLC Fingerprints of Cistanche Lanzhouensis

目的:建立兰州肉苁蓉的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,评价兰州肉苁蓉与肉苁蓉的内在质量差异。方法:色谱柱为ZORBAXSB C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),检测波长为330nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为30℃,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱)。采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A、2004B版)"软件进行数据处理,据此对兰州肉苁蓉与不同来源的肉苁蓉药材进行比较分析。结果:标示出兰州肉苁蓉13个共有峰。不同来源的药材指纹图谱差异较大。结论:该方法精密度、稳定性、重复性较好,可以作为肉苁蓉质量评价和品种鉴别的重要依据之一。

OBJECTIVE： To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Cistanche Lanzhouensis and to evaluate the difference of inner qualities of samples from C deserticola. METHODS： The determination was performed on ZORBAX SB C18（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid （gradient elution） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL. rain 1. The detection wavelength was set at 330 nm and column temperature was 30 %. The similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM（version 2004 A, version 2004 B）was used for data analysis of C. Lanzhouensis and C. deserticola from different sources. RESULTS： There were 13 common peaks of C Lanzhouensis. The fingerprints of C. deserticola from different sources were quite different. CONCLUSION： The method has good precision, stability and repeatability. It can be used for quality evaluation and variety discrimination of C. deserticola.
