摘要
目的:使用制备液相分离提纯马蔺子素中有效成分,并对其结构进行研究。方法:采用AgelaVenusil XBP C18半制备柱(250 mm×10 mm,10μm)1,00;流动相为甲醇-乙醚(75∶25)-水(70∶30);流速10mL.min-1;检测波长270 nm。结果:所得化合物结构经元素吸收、红外、质谱和核磁共振法确证,经分析型HPLC检查,纯度达99.0%以上。结论:分离得到两个主要成分,确证为马蔺子甲素和6-甲氧基-2-十七烷基-14,-苯醌。
Objective: To separate chemical constituents from irisquinone by preparative liquid chromatography and study its structure.Methods: The separation was performed on Agela Venusil XBP C18(250 mm×10 mm,10 μm) column with organic phases [a mixture of methanol and ethylether(75∶25)]-water(70∶30) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 10 mL·min-1,and 270 nm was used as detective wavelength.Results: Their chemical structures were identified by elementary analysis,IR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.The purity of chemical constituents was over 99.0% by HPLC.Conclusion: Two chemical constituents have been isolated and confirmed.
