摘要
分析大客户商机管理的作用和必要性,基于商机漏斗管理模型提出商机管理划分为5个阶段,阐述商机共享的管理原则,提出从行业区隔、信息字段区隔、关键字屏蔽三个方面着手加强信息安全管理,提出商机经营分析需重点关注的指标。
This article analyzes the effect and necessity of the key account business opportunity management. Based on business opportunity filter mode, it proposes that business opportunity management is separated by five phases. In order to strengthen information security, we should follow the business opportunity share principles. At last it presents the important index in business opportunity operation analysis.
