牙隐裂治疗临床体会

Clinical experience for treating cracked tooth

目的:总结对128例牙隐裂的治疗体会。方法:对128例隐裂患者的158颗患牙中表现为牙本质过敏者,进行患牙调,以减小力,并于裂隙处备洞,用玻璃离子粘固粉充填修复;对出现牙髓炎,根尖周炎等症状未曾做过根管治疗者,行带环固定后行根管治疗术,治疗完成后疗效稳定后做全冠修复。结果:158颗牙中治疗成功118颗(74.6%)基本成功:32颗(20.2%)。失败:8颗(5%),失败多发生在6个月以后。结论:①隐裂牙越早治疗,治疗成功机率越大;②治疗隐裂牙成功与否与找准发病因素有很大关系。

Objective：To summarize 128 cases of treatment.Methods：128 patients with cracked teeth with dentin hypersensitivity h,occlusal adjustment,to reduce the occlusal force,and in cracks making prepared hole filled with glass ionomer cement powder;for pulpitis,periapical symptoms without root canal therapy,taking root canal therapy with a ring underwent.Results：in 158 teeth the successful is 118（74.6%） ,partly success：32（20.2%） .Failure：8（5%） ,failure occurred in 6 months later.Conclusion：the earlier the treating cracked teeth,the greater the successful chance;the success of treating cracked teeth mainly related to identifing risk factors.
