五金排石汤加减治疗肾石症体会

Experience of treating kidney stone disease by Wujin Paishi decoction

目的:通过中草药五金排石汤加减和中成药排石颗粒分别治疗肾石症病人,比较治疗效果,总结治疗心得体会;方法:随机使用中草药五金排石汤加减者为治疗组18例,中成药排石颗粒者为对照组17例;结果:五金排石汤加减治疗近远期效果均优于排石颗粒组;结论:五金排石汤作为基本方,通过随证加减,其排石及改善身体机能效果肯定。

Objective：Hardware row of stone herbal medicine decoction row of stone particles,respectively,and the treatment of renal stone disease patients,more treatment,summary treatment of feelings and experiences;Methods：use of herbal decoction row of stone metal for the treatment of those 18 cases,medicine behind stone particles as control group of 17 patients;Results：Hardware Paishi Decoction short and long term effects are better than the row of stone grains group;Conclusion：Hardware Pai Shi Tang as the basic side,by subtraction with the card,its rows of stone and improvement in physical function is effective.
