摘要 对不同装炉方式下17.5 mm厚X70管线钢热轧卷板的组织和性能进行了试验研究。采用光学金相显微镜、透射电镜等检测手段,从17.5 mm厚X70管线钢热轧卷板显微组织形态、相对数量以及力学性能等方面着手进行对比检验与分析,可以看出冷装轧制和热装轧制的热轧卷板显微组织虽然略有不同,但力学性能水平相当,且都能够满足用户技术条件要求。 The influence of different charging mode on the microstructure and properties of 17.5 mm X70 pipeline steel were researched in this paper.Adopting optical microscope and transmission electron microscope and other inspection method to conduct compare and analyze the properties of 17.5 mm X70 pipeline steel hot rolling coil from several aspects,such as microstructure,relative quantity,mechanical properties and etc.The result showed although the microstructure of hot rolled coil exist tiny distinction,the mechanical properties under cold charging and hot charging mode reach the same technical target and can meet technical requirements of the user.
