邯钢厚规格X80管线钢的研发与应用

摘要 邯钢采用低C、高Mn、Nb+Ti微合金化以及控制组织的Mo合金化的成分设计;低P、低S、控制夹杂物形态的纯净钢冶炼技术和控轧控冷的热机械处理技术,研制开发了规格为1 550 mm×18.4 mm的X80管线钢。该管线钢强度适中、低温韧性好、焊接性能和抗动态撕裂能力良好,且整卷性能稳定。用该管线钢制成的准1 219 mm×18.4 mm螺旋埋弧焊管综合性能良好,满足API SPEC 5L(44版)和西气东输二线管道工程建设的技术条件的各项要求,顺利通过国内相关部门的鉴定,并实现了批量生产。 The X80 grade 1 550 mm×18.4 mm pipeline steel was designed by low carbon,high manganese,niobium+titanium micro-alloyed and molybdenum which control microstructure,and developed by pure steel smelting with low phosphorus and low sulfur which control inclusion shape and TMCP technology.The results of analysis showed that the X80 pipeline steel is with moderate strength,excellent low-temperature toughness,good weldability and resistance to dynamic tearing performance and the quality of whole rolled coil is stable.The comprehensive performance of Φ1 219 mm×18.4 mm SAWH is good,which can meet API SPEC 5L(44th) and technical specification requirements of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project,and the X80 pipeline steel of HanSteel had passed the verification from China authoritative organization and realized mass production.
