摘要
随着高校图书馆工作模式的转变,高校图书馆管理人员所承受的各种压力与日俱增,普遍存在不同程度的心理健康问题。解决其心理健康问题,应实施"以人为本"的管理摸式,加强馆员心理保健教育,提高馆员业务素质和提高馆员待遇等。
Along with the change of working mode of university libraries, management personnel are under in- creasing pressure, all kinds of mental problems start to appear. In this paper, some common psychological health problems and the causes are analyzed, and it puts forward some countermeasures, such as improvement of librarians' salary, "people-oriented" management, strengthening the psychological health education, improving their profession- al quality, and learning of self adjustification, etc.
