摘要
从监测结果控制的角度对近十年的土壤中16种PAHs监测方法进行了探讨,重点比较了索氏萃取-柱净化-GC/MS、微波萃取-柱净化-HPLC、超声波-柱净化-HPLC、加速溶剂萃取-柱净化-GC/MS和加速溶剂萃取-柱净化-HPLC方法对其检出限、精密度和准确度的影响,本文旨在为我国土壤监测方法的建立提供基础支撑,为开展质量控制工作提供评价依据。
The Monitoring Methods of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) in Soil in recent 10 years was discussed from the view of monitoring results control, five monitoring methods including soxhlet extraction-column purification-GC/MS, microwave extraction-column purification-HPLC, ultrasonic extraction-column purification- HPLC, accelerated solvent extraction-column purification-GC/MS and accelerated solvent extraction-column purification-HPLC method and the influences on detection limit, precision and accuracy are mainly compared. This paper aims to provide basic support for the establishment of monitoring soil method, and offer evaluating basis for the con duct of QC.
