摘要
在总结铜坑矿现场工作经验的基础上,从注浆设备、钻孔施工、注浆工艺等方面对锚注技术进行了系统的应用研究。利用声波测试仪从岩体波速和岩体完整性程度两个方面,对锚注加固前后的岩体进行加固效果评价。现场应用表明锚注技术是治理破碎矿柱的一种有效手段,在破碎矿柱围岩加固中具有很好的适用性。
On the basis of the field work experience in Tongkeng Mine,systematic application research about bolting and grouting is taken in aspects of grouting equipments,holes construction and grouting process.Reinforcement effect evaluation is carried out in rock mass before and after grouting from two aspects of rock wave velocity and rock integrity level.It is shown that bolting and grouting technique is a kind of effective means in wall rock treatment in the field application,and it also has good applicability to wall rock reinforcement in broken pillars.
