Common concern in resource interests has improved value of public power and improved efficacy and quality of villagers in resource based villages,so peasants＇ political enthusiasm for electing villagers committees and participating in the whole progress is increased.The peasants＇ political enthusiasm has an effect on the development of rural area in aspects such as democracy and social stability and so on,meanwhile correct introduction and system regulation would be needed.
