摘要 在轧钢机中,滑块式万向接轴的应用非常广泛。本文以功能强大的三维绘图软件Solid-Works为载体,以某型号轧钢机中滑块式万向接轴中的开口式扁头为研究对象。在软件中对扁头进行三维建模中有限元分析,并进行强度校验。利用该软件的有限元分析功能,通过适当的简化和耦合处理,对模型进行约束和加载,得出扁头所受应力的分布规律及最大应力位置处。利用经典公式计算其最大等效应力,并与有限元分析结果对比,以判断该型号开口式扁头的承载能力。 The slipper-type universal spindle is widely used in a rolling mill.This paper has used the powerful software SolidWorks as a carrier and slipper-type universal spindle open type flat head of a type rolling mill as a object of study.We can build model and do intensity analysis and strength checking about open type flat head in the software.By using the software of finite element analysis function,through the proper treatment of simplification and coupling,then restraining and loading on the model,the paper got the regularity of distribution of stress and the place of max stress.We can judge the capacity of bear loading of this type open type flat head by contrasting the result of finite element analysis and the max equivalent stress through calculating by classic formula.
