摘要 通过对不同材质的中碳调质钢焊接齿轮采取焊前预先热处理,焊后留磨量的热处理工艺,不仅保证了产品性能,满足了变形量的要求,而且简化了锻造工序,节约了材料,利于多规格批量生产,现已成功应用于生产实践中。 Through pre-heat treatment to the different material in carbon piece modified steel welding gear adopt in advance before welding heat treatment and after welding leave grinding quantity heat treatment process,not only guaranteed the product performance and deformation requirement,but also simplified the forging process,saved material and benefit to the many specifications batch production,it has been successfully applied in production practice.
