摘要
为研究车削超硬材料时对机床的影响,对机床进行了激振试验。阐述了在机床运转状态下进行相对激振试验的方法和原理,这样可以更接近机床的实际加工过程。用此方法测定了CW6140万能车床的动态特性,分析了机床的薄弱模态及其对机床性能的影响。同时,通过机床运转和静止2种不同状态下试验结果的对比分析,得出旋转状态下的动态测试能更准确地揭示影响机床加工性能的动力学本质。
In order to study the impact of machine tool when turning the super-hard materials,the machine was made the vibration test under the machine tool operation state.The relative excitation method and its principle under the machine tool operation state were described.This is closer to the actual machine process.And the dynamic characteristic of Universal lathe CW6140 was tested by using this method,and the effect of the fault module was analyzed.At the same time,through different conditions of dynamic and static compared which we can get a conclusion that is the dynamic performance is more accurately.
