摘要
针对铁路车辆罐车零件锥管缩口、扩口的成型特点,用冲压成型缩口、扩口的力学分析及变形原理进行工艺计算与研究,找出该零件废品率高的原因。通过改进工艺毛坯(钢管)的外径与壁厚尺寸,用冲压成型缩口、扩口工艺理论及图表进行论证分析,并进行试制,取得了较好的效果。
According to the shaped feature of diminished and expanded orifice of the taper tube of vehicles that was used in railway,the paper calculated and studied the technics of the product by using the mechanical analysis and transforming theory of diminished and expanded orifice,and found out the reason of high wastrel rate of this part.By innovating the blank diameter and the thickness of the steed tubes,and by demonstrating and analyzing the capability of the part with the theory of diminished and expanding orifice,good effects after the trial-manufacture were got.
