CD147、MMP-9与VEGF在肾细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨白细胞分化抗原147(CD147)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肾细胞癌(RCC)组织中的表达及其与肾癌组织发生、肿瘤侵袭和转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测107例RCC组织、10例正常肾组织中CD147、MMP-9与VEGF的表达情况,分析其表达与RCC的临床分期、病理分级的关系及其三者间的相关性。结果:RCC中CD147、MMP-9与VEGF表达均明显高于正常肾组织(P<0.01),不同病理类型的RCC组织中CD147表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同临床分期RCC组织CD147、MMP-9与VEGF表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),CD147、MMP-9与VEGF表达之间也均有显著相关关系(P<0.01)。CD147的表达在患者年龄、性别间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),在肿瘤大小、病理分型、临床分期及肿瘤转移间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:CD147、MMP-9与VEGF在RCC的临床演进中起重要作用。检测CD147、MMP-9与VEGF可作为反映RCC发生及侵袭转移潜能的生物学指标。 Objective:To study the expressions of CD147,Matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in renal cell carcinoma(RCC),and explore their correlations with tumor growth,tumor invasion and metastasis.Methods:The expressions of CD147,MMP-9 and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in tissue from the carcinoma(RCC,n=107) and normal renal tissue(n=10).The relationships between the expressions and clinical pathology were analyzed,and the correlations among CD147,MMP-9 and VEGF were studied.Results:The expressions of CD147,MMP-9 and VEGF in RCC were significantly higher than those in normal renal tissue(P0.01),which had no statistical significance related to pathological type(P0.05),but had statistical significances related to clinical staging(P0.01).A positive correlation among CD147,MMP-9 and VEGF was observed(P0.01).Furthermore,the expression of CD147 was statistical significance associated with tumor size,clinical stage and distant metastasis(P0.01),but not with age and gender(P0.05).Conclusions:CD147,MMP-9 and VEGF play the important role in the progression and invasion in RCC,the detection of CD147,MMP-9 and VEGF expressions may be the potential biological indexes which reflect tumor growth,invasion and metastasis of RCC.
