系统性红斑狼疮易感基因的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种以自身抗体产生、免疫复合物沉积、补体激活为特点的系统性自身免疫性疾病,通常被认为是自身免疫性疾病的原型[1]。随着人类基因组计划的迅速发展及新的分析技术问世,SLE遗传学研究有了很大的进展。遗传易感性的研究成为目前探讨本病发生机制的突破点。
