摘要
采用相同的锰酸锂正极材料,与不同的负极材料、不同的电解液进行搭配组成电池,以及在不同化成制度下的电性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:电池的性能不仅与正极材料本身的性质有关,负极材料、电解液和化成制度都会对其性能产生一定的影响。中信大锰DMLM-12型锰酸锂作为正极材料,采用贝特瑞HP-1作为负极材料,采用LBS作为电解液,以0.05C,180 min恒流充电+0.3C,60 min恒流充电的化成制度,可以较好地发挥其性能,制作出综合性能好的锰酸锂电池,其1C容量可达108.3 mAh/g,50次循环容量衰减为-4.31%。
The author tells of the electrical property of LMO lithium ion batteries, by using the same LMO mate- rial, with different cathode materials and electrolytes. The result shows that the electrical property of the battery is not only the subject to anode material, but also the cathode, including electrolyte and the formation sys- tem. When the DMLM - 12 LMO material of CITIC Dameng Mining Industries Limited is formed with a bat- tery with HP- 1 cathode material, LBS electrolytes, and the formation system is 0.05 C, with current rate charge 180 min, then 0.3 C with current rate charge 60 min. The battery shows that electrical property as the discharge capacity is 108.3 mAh/g, the 50th cycle capacity fading rate is only -4.31%.
