摘要 产品快速配置设计是实现大批量定制的一种关键技术,分析了国内外产品配置设计领域研究现状,提出采用模糊优选法解决配置过程中相似实例的提取问题,给出了模糊优选法的基本算法和相似实例提取过程,并结合产品结构对象,研究了相似产品快速配置模型,最后以起重机相似实例的提取为例,证明了基于模糊优选法的相似产品快速配置模型具有一定的有效性和实用性。 Rapid configuration design of the products is a key technique to realize large-scale customization. This article gives an analyses on present research status in the area of product configuration design both at home and abroad, propose to adopt fuzzy optimization method to solve the issue, i.e. the abstraction of similar examples during configuration process, present the basic algorithm of fuzzy optimization and the leaching process for similar examples, it also carried out an survey on the rapid configuration model for similar products in conjunction of product mix objects, Finally, it takes the similar cranes as the sample products for abstraction to prove that the rapid configuration model for similar products based on fussy optimization has certain validity and practicality.
