摘要
结合上海地区的气候与环境特点,探讨装配整体式保障性住房建筑设计标准化与多样化,以此改善和提高保障性住房的适用性能和建造质量,促进我国工业化住宅水平的提升。
Combine with the climate and environment characteristics in Shanghai region, discuss the standardization and diversification of architectural design for assembly inte- gral type welfhre-oriented housing, thus improve and increase the applicable performance and construction quality of wellhre-oriented housing, promote upgrading of indus- trialized residence level in China.
