正交t值法筛选抗疲劳药酒处方 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨优选药酒处方。方法采用小鼠抗疲劳游泳试验,运用正交t值法研究药酒抗疲劳作用来筛选其处方组成。结果黄芪、黄精、枸杞起主要作用。结论药酒的处方最佳组合为黄芪、黄精、枸杞。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the prescription of medicinal liquor.METHODS The anti-fatigue swimming test was applied,and the orthogonal t value method was adopted to study anti-fatigue effect of medicinal liquor to disintegrate its prescription form.RESULTS The radix astragali,solomonsealg and wolfberry take main effects.CONCLUSION The best combination for prescription of medicinal liquor is Astragalus,solomonsealg and wolfberry.
