反相高效液相色谱法测定决明降压片中大黄素的含量

Determination of Emodin in Jueming Jiangya tablet by RP-HPLC

目的建立决明降压片中大黄素的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ZORBAX XDB-C18（4.6×150mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸（80∶20∶0.1）;流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长为440nm。结果大黄素在1.752μg.mL-1~21.024μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=46504X（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为96.83%,RSD=0.91%（n=5）。结论本方法准确可靠、简便快速、重线性好,可用于决明降压片的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of Emodin in Jueming Jiangya tablet.METHODS The determination was carried out with ZORBAX XDB-C18（4.6×150mm,5μm） column,methanol-water-phosphoric acid（80∶20∶0.1）as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 440nm.RESULTS A good linearity ranges of emodin was 1.752μg·mL-1～21.024μg·mL-1 and the regression equation is Y=46504X（r=0.9999）.The average recovery of emodin was 96.83%,with RSD of 0.91%（n=5）.CONCLUSION This method was accurate and credible,simple and quick,reproducible and available for quality control of Jueming Jiangya tablet.
