摘要
目的研究中药黄芩的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱层析色谱对黄芩的氯仿部位分离,通过波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果从黄芩的氯仿部位分离得到千层纸素-A(Ⅰ)、汉黄芩素(Ⅱ)。结论千层纸素-A(Ⅰ)和汉黄芩素的谱学特征有明显区别。
OBJECTIVE To study the constituents of scutullaria baicalensis Georgi.METHODS Isolated the chloroform part by silica chromatography and identify its structure by spectrum.RESULTS Oroxylin-A and Wogonin was isolated from chloroform part.CONCLUSION Their character of spectrum between NMR and MS has the obvious difference.
