摘要 通过对国内外动植物油脂不皂化物检测方法比较,考察不同检测方法对动植物油脂不皂化物测定结果影响,并分析造成结果差异原因。结果表明,美国油脂化学家学会(AOCS)两项方法AOCS Ca 6a-40(09)和AOCS Ca 6b-53(09)较IS03596:2000和IS018609:2000方法适用范围广,可实现对不皂化物含量较高动植物油脂检测,且萃取过程充分、技术路线严谨、测定结果准确可靠。 The methods for determination of unsaponifiable matter in animal and vegetable tats and oils were studied, and the effects and causes of different methods on the test results were carefully investigated. The results obtained have demonstrated that the American Oil Chemists'Society ( AOCS ) methods of AOCS Ca 6a-40 ( 09 ) and AOCS Ca 6b-53 ( 09 ) have wider application than ISO 3596:2000 and ISO 18609:2000. The methods of AOCS Ca 6a-40 ( 09 ) and AOCS Ca 6b-53 ( 09 ) can be applicable to the testing of fats and oils which have high content of unsaponifiable matter, and can obtain sufficient extraction. The technical courses are critical and the testing results are precise and credible.
