行星式滚动轴承系统的研发

摘要 介绍了当前针织圆机上所用的钢丝跑道滚动轴承和耐磨片滑动轴承的结构、使用方式,结合它们的优缺点及针织圆机运转时的技术要求,研发出行星式滚动轴承系统。该系统提高了针织圆机的运转精度和灵活性、延长了使用寿命,降低了生产成本,且维修方便,还可用于修复因大盘齿轮和钢丝跑道安装部位磨损,或大盘中心孔与中心轴磨损而报废的针织圆机。 This paper introduces the structures and using modes of currently-used wire raceway rolling bearing and wear plate sliding bearing on the circular weft knitting machines,analyzes the their advantages and disadvantages,and then according to the technical requirements of circular weft knitting machines,this paper develops the planet rolling bearing system,which improves the running accuracy and flexibility of circular weft knitting machines,lengthens the service life,reduces the producing cost and can be maintained easily.In addition,some scrapped circular knitting machines can be repaired by employing this developed system if they are scrapped due to wear of the installing position of large gear and wire raceway or wear of the center hole and center shaft.
