摘要
为实现设备的远程监控和数据采集,网络化成为其发展趋势,本文提出了一种基于ARM和FPGA相结合的高效以太网远程监测方案,即选用FPGA做前端处理端口,借助ARM进行数据后续处理和网络通信处理。本监控系统采用无操作系统下LwIP的TCP协议建立高效可靠的数据链接,现场测试高压强电流晶闸管ABB出厂的5STP52U5200的导电极温度以及管壳温度,通过网络观察上位机的输出结果,验证了所研究的嵌入式系统与以太网的之间的通信功能,实现了上位机对远程设备的实时监测功能。
Monitoring system with network can be adopted for acquiring easily the remote data, which becomes a new trend. A monitoring system centered based on the ARM and FPGA technology with high efficiency and low cost Ethernet access is provided for the practical application. For the acquisition system, the FPGA IC is firstly applied to deal with digital data and the ARM IC is used to access the Ethernet function. TCP protocol of LwIP protocol stack in the no RTOS is put forward in the monitoring system. And it achieved the remote temperatures both of electrodes and cases of the thyristors centered on 5STP52U5200 produced by ABB. Theory and experiment indicate that the feasibility of the remote monitoring and controlling system.
