多路输出直流稳压电源模块的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Multi-output DC Power Module

为了满足某测试设备对多种直流电源的需求,设计了一种能够输出多种直流电压的AC/DC电源模块。该电源模块包含滤波整流电路、DC/DC电路、过欠压保护电路和光耦隔离电路等,介绍了部分电路的工作原理和实现方法,并对电源模块的过欠压保护功能和控制直流电压输出的方法进行了详细地介绍。试验结果表明,该模块具有输出电压稳定、精确度高、可控性好等特点。

In order to meet the requirement of the dc power of certain test equipment, the design of the DC power module which can provide several channel dc voltage is designed in this paper. This dc power module includes rectified-filter circuit, DC/DC circuit, over-voltage or under-voltage circuit, isolated circuit, and so on. The working principle and the realization method are introduced, and the protection function of over-voltage or under-voltage and the control method of the output voltage are introduced in detailed. The experiment and application shows that this power module has good performance, and achieves the design requirement.
