摘要
针对目前井神二公司卤水品质和食品腌制专用盐水市场需求情况,进行食品腌制专用盐水生产工艺可行性分析,利用二公司现有的闲置生产装置对原卤进行降硫酸根操作,达到食品腌制专用盐水化学和卫生指标,对外销售。
According to the brine quality of the 2nd Branch of Jingshen Company and the market demand of exclusive brine for pickled food,this paper proposes the feasibility analysis on the exclusive brine of pickled food.By means of the idle production facility of the 2nd Branch of Jingshen Company,reduction of sulfate in the raw brine is operated to reach the chemical and health indicators of exclusive brine for pickled food for sales.
