世界主要国家季度GDP核算方法研究

Study on Quarterly GDP Calculation Methods of Some Major Countries

季度GDP核算是国民经济核算体系的重要组成部分,对于及时把握宏观经济形势、制定经济政策起着十分重要的作用。为了借鉴国外季度GDP核算的先进经验,本文研究了经济合作与发展组织(OECD)的31个成员国以及巴西、印度、印度尼西亚、俄罗斯和南非等共36个国家的季度GDP核算方法,并从中选取了7个有代表性的国家,较为详细地梳理了这些国家季度GDP的核算方法及不同特点;归纳和概括出了值得我国借鉴的计算方法和资料来源以及得到的启示。

Quarterly Estimates of GDP is an important part of the system of national accounts,it plays a very important role in macro-economic situation analysis and policy making.Aiming at drawing lessons from foreign countries＇ practices in quarterly GDP accounting,the paper researches on the quarterly GDP calculation methods of 36 countries,including 31 member states of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development as well as Brazil,India,Indonesia,Russian Federation and South Africa;then compares the characteristics of the quarterly GDP calculation methods and data sources used by seven representative countries in detail;finally summarizes and generalizes the calculation methods and data sources worth using for reference as well as the inspiration to the quarterly GDP accounting in China.
