Synthesis and Characterization of Polyaniline via Microemulsion

摘要 采用微乳液法合成了纳米聚苯胺,用FT-IR、XRD、TG-DSC和BET对所合成的聚苯胺进行了结构和性能的表征。结果表明:微乳液法制备的聚苯胺主链结构处于半氧化态,具有一定的结晶性和良好的热稳定性,分解温度为350℃,比表面达到35.2m2/g。 Nanopolyaniline was synthesized via a microemulsion method.The morphologies and structural properties of the nanopolyaniline were characterized by TEM,FTIR,XRD,TG-DSC and BET.The results show that the main chains of the as-prepared nanopolyaniline are in the semi-oxide state.The polyaniline has certain degree of crystallization and excellent heat resistance,and the decomposition temperature is up to 350 ℃.The high specific surface area of this nanopolyaniline is 35.2 m2/g.
