摘要
应急处理能力是处理突发污染事故的首要环节,针对目前环境污染事故中应急监测存在的不足,本文提出了应急监测和在现场处理中的建议和要求,明确了建立先进的环境应急监测预警体系,完善事故应急预案,做好应急监测的准备,是对污染事故进行及时、正确的处理、处置和制定恢复措施提供科学的决策依据。
The capacity for emergency management plays an important role in solving accidental pollution events. Based on the weakness of emergency monitoring in accidental pollution events, some suggestions for emergency monitoring and on-site remedies were advanced in this paper, and reminded that an advanced emergency response system, a perfect accident emergency preplan and the adequate preparation for emergency monitoring were the effective way to solve the accidental pollution events.
