Analysis of the Relationship between the Whole Process of Project Management and Project Cost Control and Building Energy Efficiency

工程项目的建设周期长,建设单位对工程造价的控制与管理贯穿于工程建设的全过程起到的作用是非常重要的。当今世界提倡发展低碳经济,建设节能型建筑更需要对节能投资及工程建造成本、使用成本进行全过程的管理和控制。本文重点分析讨论了在全过程中实施造价控制与管理的措施以及建筑节能的作用。

The project construction period is very long. So that the construction company plays a key role in controlling and managing the project cost throughout the entire process. Nowadays low carbon economy is highly promoted, then to manage and control the cost including investment, construction of energy costs and usage cost is strictly needed in constructing energy-efficient buildings. The cost control measures in the whole course of the implementation and management was analyzed in this paper, and the role of building energy efficiency was discussed.
