For medical students,the internal medicine internship is a bridge connecting theories and practices;while the emergency department is an important ＂war-field＂ for medical trainees to cultivate the ability responding emergent situations,exercise first-aid techniques,and practice skills to communicate with patients.This thesis discusses and explores the possibilities,problems and methods for the introduction of open style emergency teaching（training） to internal medicine internships.
