摘要 目的:探讨缺陷情景反思学习在护理实习生临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法:总结临床技能实践中常见问题并设置缺陷情景应用于护理实习生技能培训中。结果:问卷调查提示:实习生普遍反应操作过程中缺陷情景起到了警示作用,每次操作后的回顾与分析,不但培养了自己批判性思维能力,而且增强了自己工作中的责任心。结论:缺陷情景反思学习改革了临床技能教学方法,提高了工作中的风险意识及执行操作管理制度的自觉性。 Objectives: To investigate the effect of defects situation reflective learning in the nursing interns' clinical skills teaching.Methods: Common problems in clinical skills practice were summarized and the defect situations were set in the skills training of nursing interns.Results: The questionnaire suggested most interns thought the defects situations in the operations process played a role of warning,the review and analysis after each operation not only help to develop critical thinking skills but also enhance the sense of responsibility in their work.Conclusion: The defect situation reflective learning reforms the clinical skills teaching methods and improves the risk awareness in the work and the consciousness of implementation.
