摘要
目的:探讨学生标准化病人在外科急腹症教学中效果。方法:120名学生随机均分为研究组和对照组。研究组采用学生标准化模式授课,对照组仍采用传统的多媒体讲授。结果:在"有利于增进医患沟通"等条目上,研究组在的评分均高于与对照组(P<0.05),研究组的考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用学生标准化病人模式授课能显著提高教学效果。
Objective: To explore the effectiveness of student standardized patient(SSP) on teaching of acute abdomen of surgery.Methods: 120 students were assigned into study group and control group.The study group was taught by method of SSP,and the control group by traditional teaching method.Results: There have been significant differences between the two groups in questionnaire items,such as "facilitating communication between doctor and patient".The scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P0.05).The examination scores of study group were higher than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion: The method of SSP can improve the effectiveness of teaching.
