完善我国水环境监测数据传输的探讨

On the Improvement of the Transmission of Water Environment Monitoring Data

目前我国水环境监测系统监测数据缺乏统一的数据传输管理,造成各个系统和部门之间数据得不到共享。本文在分析我国水环境监测数据管理现状及存在的问题的基础上,提出了整合各类资源、对水环境监测数据实行全国统一的网络化管理、建立完善的水环境监测数据传输管理制度等有效措施,以促进我国水环境监测数据质量的全面提高。

At present the transmission of environmental monitoring data of water lacks a unified data management.There are multiple sets of environmental monitoring data transmission software within the national environmental monitoring system,and the data cannot be shared among various departments concerned.In this situation,the integration of all related resources is very necessary for the purpose of implementing the national unified network management of water environment monitoring data and establishing a perfect water environment monitoring data management system.
