摘要
采用多步半连续滴加种子乳液聚合方法,合成了具有双层和三层核壳结构的丙烯酸酯弹性乳液。采用FT-IR确认了聚合物的结构,研究了乳胶粒子层数、各层单体的种类及用量对胶膜性能及应用性能的影响。
An acrylate elastic emulsion with double core-shell and three core-shell structure was prepared through semicontinuous seed emulsion polymerization. The polymer structure was confirmed by FT-IR, the influences of layer number, and the type and amount of monomer of each layer on the film properties, and application properties were studied.
