社会转型期地方性高校大学生就业现状与对策分析

On the Employment Situation of Local University Students during the Period of Social Transformation and Relevant Countermeasures

当前我国正处在社会转型期,各种社会矛盾集中凸显,高校大学生就业问题更是困扰当前社会和谐发展的重要问题。按照行政隶属性质我国高校可分为部委直属高校和地方性高校,本文对当前我国地方性高校大学生就业现状进行了综述,并对当前制约我国地方性高校大学生就业的主观因素和客观因素进行了分析,最后提出了解决地方性高校大学生就业问题的对策。

At present,China is in the period of social transformation in which various social problems surge.Among these problems is the employment of college students,a thorny issue that poses obstacles to the harmonious development of the Chinese society.In terms of administrative subordination,universities in China can be divided into those under the direct administration of various ministries and commissions under the State Council and those local ones.This paper reviews the current employment situation of China＇s local university students in the period of social transformation and analyzes both the subjective and objective factors that constrain the employment of local university students.The paper concludes by putting forward relevant solutions to the employment issue of local university students.
