摘要
磨料射流在除漆除锈中的清洗效果、清洗效率及运行成本都优于纯水射流,然而目前使用的磨料射流系统多为间断不连续供给磨料、而且磨料不易循环使用,因而限制了磨料射流的使用范围。采用该系统能将磨料循环使用,显示出磨料射流更多的优势。
The cleaning effect,cleaning efficiency and operating cost of abrasive water jet cleaning is better than the high pressure water jet in addition to depainting and derusting. However, the currently used system mostly couldn＇t continuous supply abrasives and abrasives were difficult to recycle. Thus it limited the using of abrasive jet. Abrasives can recycle in the system, abrasive jet will show more advantages.
