摘要
详述了一种基于USS通信的一拖三变频调速恒压供水系统的实现。该系统根据管网压力信号由变频器动态调整泵的运行状况,实现变频无级调速。通过PLC与变频器的通信数据,控制工作泵数量的增减,真正做到用水和供水的动态平衡。
This paper introduces the implementation of constant pressure water-supply system based on one frequency converter dragging three pumps.The system adjusts pumps running condition through freqency converter according to the pipe pressure signal.The PLC controls the number of pumps for the increase or decrease through data communication with frequency converter.
