二氧化碳超临界萃取乙基香兰素粗制品的研究

摘要 采用二氧化碳超临界萃取乙基香兰素粗品,研究萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、流体流量等工艺条件对萃取效率和产品质量的影响。得出最佳工艺条件,采用萃取压力25~30MPa,萃取温度55~60℃,流体流量5L/h,萃取5~6h,萃取效率可以达到95%,可以得到质量分数大于95%的乙基香兰素产品。 The extraction of ethyl vanillin from its crude materials by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technique was studied.The effects of extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time,and fluid flow rate,etc.on extraction efficiency and product quality of ethyl vanillin were studied.The best technological conditions were obtained as follows :(25~ 30) MPa of pressure,55~60 ℃ of temperature,5 L/h of fluid flow rate,5~6 h of time.Under these conditions,the extraction rate can reach over 95%,ethyl vanillin purity can reach over 95%.
