甲基三氯硅烷烷基化方法研究进展

摘要 有机氯硅烷是在铜催化剂作用下由有机氯化合物如氯甲烷和硅粉直接反应而得。其中甲基氯硅烷由于应用有限,长期积压,甚至造成环境污染。因此开发出先进完善的一甲基三氯硅烷烷基化工业技术,既有一定的经济效益,同时又有减少浪费与环境污染。作者对甲基三氯硅烷的烷基化利用提出了发展建议。 Organohalosilanes are prepared by the direct reaction of organic halide and powdered silicon in the presence of a copper catalyst.Methyltrichlorosilane is a by-product.Due to usage limited,long-term backlog application,even causing pollution,therefore,we develop advance alkylate industrial technology,not only it has some economic benefit,at the same time,but also can reduce waste and environmengal pollution.This paper introduces its alkylate method and puts forward suggestions for its development at home.
