单肺通气损伤因素研究与防治进展 被引量:6

摘要 单肺通气(one-lung ventilation,OLV)的应用已有50多年的历史,是指患者经支气管导管仅利用单侧肺(非术侧肺)进行通气的方法。主要目的是隔离患侧肺,防止液性分泌物流入健侧,如支气管扩张、肺大泡、肺脓肿等。随着外科技术的发展,OLV已扩展到便于手术视野的暴露,主要用于心胸外科手术及脊柱手术的麻醉。但OLV不仅会造成分流量增加和低氧血症,而且其潜在的危害可能导致急性肺损伤。本文就OLV时损伤因素及防治策略进展做一综述。
