VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

EXPRESSION AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF VEGF IN BREAST CANCER

目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用S-P免疫组化方法检测60例乳腺癌组织和20例乳腺纤维腺瘤中VEGF的表达情况,并分析VEGF阳性表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:60例乳腺癌中VEGF阳性率为81.67%(49/60),明显高于乳腺纤维腺瘤(20.00%,4/20),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF在乳腺癌组织的阳性表达与肿瘤大小、组织分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01,P<0.05);与患者年龄、雌激素及孕激素受体无关(P>0.05)。结论:VEGF可能与乳腺癌的进展、转移及预后有关,作为独立的指标对判定预后具有参考意义。

Objective：To investigate the expression and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in breast cancer.Methods：S-P immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of VEGF in 60 cases breast cancer and 20 cases fibroadenoma of breast.Results：The VEGF positive rate in 60 cases breast cancer was 81.67%（49/60）, which was obviously higher than that of 20 cases fibroadenoma of breast （P〈 0.05）. In breast cancer, the positive expression of VEGF had relations with tumor size, histological grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis （P〈 0.01,P〈 0.05）; and had no relations with age, estrogens receptor and progesterone receptor （P〉 0.05）. Condusions：VEGF may play an important role in development, metastasis and prognosis of human breast cancer. It can act as an independent marker to judge the prognosis of breast cancer.
