摘要 为了给企业的营销、销售、客户服务和决策支持等提供一个业务自动化的解决方案,设计了一个客户关系管理(CRM)系统。从软件工程的角度出发,按照面向对象软件实施方法,对客户关系管理进行需求分析,运用UML进行建模,采用数据库建模工具ER\Studio对数据库进行设计,并利用".NET"等信息服务平台来最终实现该CRM系统。 CRM(Customer Relationship Management) namely meaning to manage the customer relationship,and it emphasized on taking the customer as the center.Along with the enterprise becoming an information based society development,the customer relationship management system has become one of enterprise's core management systems day by day.From the angle of software engineering,according to the object-oriented software implementation method,the paper made the demand analysis to the CRM system and the modeling using UML,as well as the database design using ER/Studio as database modeling tool.Finally it realized an information service platform of CRM system by means of techniques such as.NET and so on.
