吉林省高校高水平运动队现状调查及对策研究

Present situation and countermeasure of high-level sports teams in universities of Jilin province

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法、数据统计法等,对吉林省7所普通高校高水平运动队的现状进行了调查和分析,得出以下结论:受训练环境、运动员来源、训练时间、经费、教练员水平等因素的制约,吉林省普通高校高水平运动队的发展面临许多困难。如何根据吉林省普通高校的特点,因地制宜地解决好这些问题,使普通高校高水平运动队保持并扩大发展势头,成为必须关注的现实问题。

With literature data, questionnaires, field survey method and analyzing statistics, we investigated and analyzed the current situations of seven high level sport teams from ordinary colleges and universities in Jilin province. The conclusion is that those sport teams are faced with many difficulties influenced by training environment, sources of athletes, training teams, funds level of coaches and so forth. So it becomes realistic issue which we are concerned about on how to solve those problems according to specific situations and characteristics of universities and colleges in Jilin province, so that the high level sport teams from ordinary colleges and universities can maintain and expend the momentum of development.
