基于未来作战演练、武器装备的发展、作战计划的制定以及未来实战的要求,建立目标毁伤数据库系统具有非常重要的意义。通过建立目标易损性的模型并根据目标毁伤等级划分的一般方法确立目标的毁伤等级,设计目标毁伤数据库系统,并简要介绍数据库系统的各功能模块,为建立数据库系统奠定基础。

Based on the coming fight to drill,development of the weapon,formulation of operation plan as well as the requirement of coming actual combat,building the damage database systems is very important.By building the model of the target vulnerability and the general method to divide the grade,building the damage class,designing the damage database systems.And each function module of database systems are introduced briefly to established the foundation for building the database systems.
