摘要
研读了GB 2760—2011食品添加剂使用标准中带入原则、加工助剂使用原则、食品香精香料使用原则,简单探讨这几个原则的对食品安全的影响,并就食品安全提出见解。
This paper studies the standard of GB 2760-2011,which provides the rule of food additives taking in besides the using rule of processing aids and flavoring,workes the influence to food safety due to such rules,and gives our personal idea to improve food safety.
