摘要
食品过敏原成分的检测和标注已经成为欧美等发达国家限制我国食品出口的新技术性壁垒。列出了不同发达国家对过敏原成分相关法规及要求,为保护消费者的健康和安全,建议我国食品加工出口企业、检验检疫部门和国家应该采取的相应措施。
Recently,our main export markets such as EU and USA have intensely inspected the allergen in food which original produced in China.The requirement of marking allergen in certain kinds of food is becoming a new trend of trading and technological barrier for which is used to downgrade the quantity of our export food.in this context,through the comparison of the relevant regulation and law between China and other countries,the author list some suggestions on how to improve our entry-exit quarantine and inspection system,our food safety control system,the aim is to ensure food safety and improve consumer's health.
