泡沫塑料法在高浓度盐酸溶液中吸附回收锗 被引量:3

摘要 研究了用聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸附分离富集微量锗的性能。结果表明,在盐酸溶液中泡塑对微量锗具有显著的吸附性能,最佳吸附条件为:盐酸浓度10 mol/L,泡塑与含锗溶液的固液比为1 g/50 mL,吸附时间1 h,吸附率可达80%,可获得最大吸附量为6.056 mg/g。实验发现,在铁离子共存下,锗的吸附效率明显有所提高,共存离子铁离子能起到协助吸附效应。 The property of adsorption of trace germanium by using polyurethane foaming plastic to separate and enrich were researched.The results showed that the best performance can be obtained at 10 mol/L hydrochloric acid system,1 g/50 mL of foam's solid liquid ratio and adsorption time 1 h,80% adsorption rate can be reached,the maximum adsorption capacity was 6.056 mg/g.It was found that the germanium adsorption efficiency had been improved significantly with ferric ion coexisting,which can help foaming plastic to adsorpt germanium.
